Welcome to Our School

Welcome to The Children’s Courtyard in Austin, TX! My name is Calen and I am the campus director of the beautiful Spicewood location.

Our school offers Infant Care, Preschool programs, and a wonderful School-Age program. Our curriculum has been designed to meet the developmental needs of each age group and our programs allow time for skill-based learning as well as play. Our teachers attend ongoing training courses in all areas of child development and provide quality care with enriched programs across all age groups.

We create a warm and welcoming environment and maintain an open-door policy for anyone who would like to talk. We plan monthly events for our families, so they have an opportunity to meet each other and enjoy the exciting activities our teachers plan on a daily basis.

I am excited to be a part of The Children's Courtyard at Spicewood Springs. I am married with a son and two cats. I am excited to step into the roll of Director, and my goal is to help provide a loving and nurturing environment while helping to meet the daily needs of each child both educationally and developmentally. I love coming to work to watch your children grow and learn!

My name is Christina and I was born and raised here in Austin. I have two children, a daughter Haley and a son Aiden. I love spending quality time with my family. We enjoy being outdoors, fishing, hiking, traveling, and playing with our dogs. I am excited to work with your children each day and get to know you and your child better. I love watching them learn, grow and reach new milestones. I am thankful for getting to share these experiences with your family.
