Welcome to Our School
Welcome to The Children’s Courtyard in Austin, TX! My name is Marissa Benitez and I am the campus director here at our Harris Branch location.
When we opened in 1997, we became the first Children’s Courtyard educational daycare in Austin. Our loving Infant Care and superior Preschool programs provide the perfect foundation for learning and development.
We have an exceptional group of teachers. They receive ongoing training throughout the year, including CPR and First Aid training. As a team, we have over 61 years of experience.
We service, Bluebonnet, Pioneer Crossing and IDEA at Parmer Park Elementary Schools. Our facility includes spacious classrooms and playgrounds for each age group, two indoor playrooms and a lactation room for nursing mothers. We also offer fun and educational camps during the holidays, as well as extracurricular activities such as soccer.

Hello my name is Marissa! I am happily married and a proud mother of three. I have worked with The Children's Courtyard for over seven years, my journey first started in the infant room where I dedicated five years and I enjoyed every minute of it. I then moved up to preschool manager where I got to explore all areas of child development. I am now the campus director, I am so honored to have a opportunity to continue to watch your children grow and give them the best childhood experience!

I have been with The Children's Courtyard for 18 years. I started out as a teacher but my passion for education motivated me to become a manager. I also have two sons who I love deeply, as well as two beautiful granddaughters. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family.
