Brandy Escamilla, Director

Education: B.S Early Childhood Education and Development

Certifications: 40 Hour Director Training, Health & Safety, First Aid & CPR

Hi, I am Brandy, Director of the Children's Courtyard. I have been in the early childhood education field for almost 20 years. I taught Kindergarten for eight years and then became a Therapeutic Pre-K teacher for six years before moving into childcare management. I have been in management for five years, four of them here at CCY. I am originally from Vermont, but Georgia is my home. I have cute dog named Roxie and a fat cat named Zeke. I look forward to meeting you!

Rebekah Ellis, Team Lead

Education: CDA Credential

Certifications: 10 Hour Health & Safety; First Aid & CPR

Ms. Becca is a Team Lead on on our school's Leadership team. She is also our Lead Preschool Select Teacher. She has been at The Children's Courtyard for a year and half, but has been in the early education field for five years. In her spare time, Ms. Becca enjoys spending time with family, reading and gardening. Along with being mom to her son, Harrison, Ms. Becca is also the aunt of five nieces and nephews. When asked why she started teaching, Becca says she was inspired by her older sister.

Stephanie Long, School Education Manager

Education: B.S Education- Intervention Specialist Education; M.Ed. Assistive Technology

My name is Stephanie, I am the School Education Manager at The Children's Courtyard! I've been in education nearly 10 years. I began my teaching career in Special Education working with students with Autism and other intellectual disabilities. I have taught Pre-k though 12th grade Special Education, but my passion is early childhood. I am originally from Michigan, but have lived in a number of states over the years. My husband and I have two children, Ella & Landon. I am excited to meet you!
